A lot of questions arise when we look at what happened in Israel last shabbat.

The following is from a former commander of the Israeli army:

“Something here doesn't work for me!!! Is this a mystery that I haven't been able to find an answer to… I happen to know how things work in Gaza and on the border. I was the commander of the Kerem Shalom sector (Rafiah), I was in charge of the Kissufim sector; I know the perimeter fence very well, I know how the army works there. I was in the Shatti refugee camp in Gaza, I was in charge of the Jabaliya refugee camp, I would make ambushes on the fence and deep in the area. I met with the Gazeans; I ate and breathed Gaza!

The fence obstacle is built so that even a fox cannot pass it: the fence warns according to 3 levels of pressure. It must alert when it is cut! There are 24/7 forces that are responsible for arriving within a few minutes, if not seconds, to the point where there is an alert on the fence.

Every day there is at least one “penetration practice.” Each subdivision has a standby squad whose role is to increase the force in an emergency. Observations scattered along the border cover every inch of it. The female observers are champions in identification. They don't miss. They detect movement before it even approaches the obstacle - day and night. At problematic points (“dead areas”) they place a tank with observation and detection capabilities, and a terrifying firepower. In some cases, snipers are deployed in the field!

Every day before dawn there is a "dawn alert" procedure. At this hour all the forces are awake (in this case also the hour when hundreds of terrorists entered Israel). The night shift alternates with the day shift. The commander of each force inspects the axis to make sure there were no infiltrations during the night. Trackers that move on the axis know how to recognize traces. They know who crossed the fence, how many and even when. Each scenario has a clear procedure. For example: a procedure for infiltrating terrorists, a procedure for taking hostages. Everything is written in blood and has been proving itself for years!!!
There are several other layers of security that this is not the place to talk about. In short, we are talking about an obstacle that proves itself for years and years. So how the hell does a Palestinian tractor move towards the fence without anyone reacting to it?

How did the tractor manage to sabotage the fence for a long hour and open access to Israel without anyone reacting to it?

How did hundreds of terrorists and civilians cross the barrier without anyone on our side lifting a finger?

How did terrorists arrive on foot and in vehicles, armed from head to toe, to dozens of Israeli settlements, without any reaction from our side?

How did hundreds of terrorists stay in Israeli territory for long hours, shoot hundreds of Israelis, loot property, without there being even a small reaction on our side?

How did it happen that hundreds of terrorists kidnapped dozens of Israelis, woke women, children, babies, old people from their sleep, surprised soldiers and officers when they were not ready, and kidnapped them to Gaza, without anyone stopping them? How is it that even one bullet was not fired?

How did all this happen under our noses? Where did an entire division go? Where did 3 brigades go? Who swallowed 9 battalions? What happened to 36 companies? Where did an entire regular infantry brigade go? Where did thousands of soldiers go???

Someone here needs to provide explanations!!!”

Time will tell.

One thing we know for sure is that the antichrist will succed, take over the Land and reign from there during his short-lived (3,5 years) "moment of glory".

Abba will always remain in control, but let us not forget that Juda is going to get chastised big time before Yeshua's return. The rod of Yahweh is the Assyrian. Just like althroughout Israel's history, Elohim will use the surrounding nations to attack and defeat Israel before the final redemption, deliverance and restauration of all Israel (the two houses) whom we belong to.

You're absolutely right!

If Messiah2030 timeline is correct (which I believe is a very high possibility), then we have another 3,5 year to go before the start of the last 3,5 year of this earth as we know it.

In this interim, when this current war is over and the dust has settled down, we could very well see the confirmation of the covenant with death (as prophecied in Isahiah 28.15) between Israel and Saudi Arabia (Mystery Babylon).

Some geopolitical analysts rekon that the current war could push back such treaty, one year. Time will tell...

Once the covenant becomes official when Saudi joins the Abraham accords, then we'll most probably witness the formation of a counter coalition: the antichrist 10 nations coalition. Turkey will lead, Iran will be on board together with Quatar and Afganistan and all the countries whose desire is to see Israel being wiped off the map.

The King of the North (antichrist coalition) versus the King of the South (Israel + the Abraham accord nations, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc.) will come into play.

If the above possible scenario is correct, then by April 2027, Israel shall face a war which they will loose. Jerusalem will be taken (Zachariah 12 and 14 make it very clear), but in today's wars, combats can last very long and be only localised in certains areas. We see this with the Syrian's civil war or even with the Ukrainian war. Will it be the same in the next Israeli big war with the antichrist coalition ?

We know several other countries will fall, including Egypt. At one point, Saudi Arabia will be burnt to the gound.

The question that remains is whether the end time events as prophecied in the Bible will only be local (ie. Jerusalem, the occupied parts of Israel and the Middle East) or if other Western nations will be involved too and we see the globalisation of wars. I guess we'll have to wait and see...

I think, there is a possibility that the end time events as described in the Prophets and summed up in the book of Revelation could very well be regional (Middle East) rather than global (whole world).

One thing we know for sure is that the antichrist reign will not be global. Having said that, he will have supporters in all countries. This what we've clearly seen over the last few days with many people siding with the Palestinians.

Imagine what it could be when Jerusalem is sized and Israel falls. It's not hard to guess that the antichrist will call for global djihad and that musulims from all over the world will join in. Even if it is a minority, the damages and the killings could be horrendous.

This is a very plausible scenario which makes complete sence when we understand that ha satan's last card is Islam.

Isaiah 59:7-8a describes very well what the rod of Yahweh's anger (to chastise Israel) looks like:
“Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood; Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; Wasting and destruction are in their paths. The way of peace they have not known, and there is no justice in their ways …”

We saw the above in action last shabbat. Saddly we will see more of this in the years to come.

The mindset and the questions raised by the former commander of the Israeli army (see above first post) is on a lot of people's mind. And rightly I shoudl say so.

Are people angry with the Israeli army?

I don't think so.
Maybe some are with the leaders of the army who let such thing happen (and this is where Avi Lipkin's take is interesting if proven correct).

Who are they blaming within Israel?
