This project has been in the works for about 12 years. In countless testing periods, we found that it was very difficult if not impossible to communicate this information in only written form. Not only are visuals required, but the visuals had to be very systematic and deliberate. More often than not, when this content was presented in written form, it produced chaos and confusion.
