Maybe I missed it? Did this video discuss the pre-trib rapture of church? Or does this video believe all believers, including the bride of Christ, go thru the 7 year tribulation before Christ 1000 year reign?

I would gather that this is not a pretrib rapture video. The timing unpacked in these prophecies doesn’t allude to us being resurrected before the last day. We cannot precede the dead in Christ.

What I am asking is does this video teach anything about a 7 year tribulation and the pre-tribulation rapture of the church, believers, Christ bride?

In Revelations, John is told by Jesus to write seven letters to seven churches. After Chapter 3 of Revelations, the church is not mentioned again until Chapter 20. Where did they go? What happened to the bride of Christ during the times John was told to write about of, “things to come”?

The good news is we are discussing non salvation issues. I’m trusting that we both believe that we only obtain salvation thru faith in Christ alone. His finished work on the cross. No one comes to the Father except thru Me (Jesus).

So we are discussing eschatology understanding of our Bible. Specifically, is there a rapture before the start of the 7 year tribulation. Commenced by the antichrist confirming the peace covenant with Israel for one week. (7 years). Does Jesus take His bride (all believers dead and alive) to meet Him in the air described in 1 Thes. 4. Paul wrote this letter to the church in Thesolonica because a false teacher came to them after he had already taught them about the rapture. The false teacher claimed the tribulation had already happened. They missed it. They have no hope as well as those who had already died in Christ.

So instead of me sharing the scripture, I’m going to share a link to someone who spent 10 years writing his dissertation to the Dallas Seminary School on Revelations. This fellow believer is able to teach scripture much better than me.

If you are willing to take the time to watch and ask the Holy Spirit to give you discernment and reveal only what’s true, and reject anything that is not from God, I would love to here your responses after watching it.

God keeps revealing more and more in His word to me the longer I keep reading it. It’s truly the living word of God.

I don’t see America in Bible prophecy either. I do see an America that has turned from God and the demonic trinity has filled the vacuum. The possessor, the enchantress, and the destroyer. All here and infecting our once God founded and driven nation.

I do find it interesting that we all read the same Bible, yet come away with different truths. Just as you don’t believe in a pre-trip rapture, John Barnett would argue there is.

What’s also interesting is a common argument is made by both sides. Maybe you have heard it, “Those who don’t believe in a pre-trib rapture, or those who do, have to scriptural gymnastics to get there”. I’ve heard it said by both camps.

I listened to an interesting interview by Jimmy Evans, hosting Max Lacado. I have read many of his books. He’s such a gifted writer. Anyway, Max shared he grew up in the ministry as a post trib rapture believer. It was taught at the seminary he attended as well.

Anyway, a few years ago, He was led by the Lord to re-evaluate the scripture on this subject. Then He shared how God had changed his mind and now believes in the pre-trib rapture.

I’m not a pastor, never attended seminary, and am still learning more and more from my Bible everyday. Call me a sheep. Jesus is my shepherd and He has put pastors in my life to teach me more and make me a more effective disciple. I’m a work in progress.

I’m thinking out loud, “God, why is there so much disagreement in Your church regarding the rapture?” We all have the same Word of God, yet so many leaders are so dogmatic on their theology, it creates confusion among the sheep. Confusion never comes from God.

I don’t have the answer to this perplexing situation. Why is this such a dividing line among pastors who are responsible to leading their flocks into the Truth of God’s word??? Both sides can’t be right can they?

I only heard one reference to the Tribulation when he said, 2027, as the half way mark through the Tribulation.
As far as the pre-trib Rapture goes: I have always believed there would be a pre-trib Rapture. I had completely reconciled that in my mind based on a multitude of teachings over the years, and Scripture. A couple of years ago it started to bother me that every year, once the Feast of Trumpets passed, and we were still here, I’d think, well maybe next year. It bothered me so much that this resulted in disappointment that I had to reevaluate my stance. So, it took me a few weeks to just soul search. Was my faith hinged my Lord or the Rapture. What was I going to do if there wasn’t one? Would I still believe or would I fall away? On and on this went.
I emerged from this as follows: It doesn’t matter. The end result for me is the same. However I get to be with my Lord for eternity is the only thing that matters. So be it if I go through the Tribulation, I may die before then since tomorrow is promised to no man. I was at peace. Eternal separation from God is the most frightening thing I can think of.
Would the Rapture be a wonderful thing? Indeed it would be, but, my love for my Lord does not hinge on this. Regardless of how I get there matters not, getting there is the only thing that does. No more weight on my shoulders, it freed me.

Dear Susan, praise God for your reply. Finally a reply that is full of wisdom and Christ like love. I had already made a decision to no longer interact here. Most of the comments I’ve read from my question were not from a spirit of love. Some were even condescending and so dogmatic that gave a sense of a Pharisee or Sadducee. To have a different interpretation of God’s word than others should never divide brothers and sisters unless it’s an issue of salvation. Faith in Christ alone, His sacrifial death on the cross for all sin as He was the perfect lamb of God, Christ death, burial and resurrection 3 days later, and His ascension into Heaven where He sits at the right hand of God. I can add anything to this work of Christ alone and can never earn His free gift of salvation. I simply confess and agree I am a sinner, ask for forgiveness, repent moving forward and believe in my Heart that Christ has saved me from the death I deserved, eternally separated from Him.

I still believe that Jesus will do just as Paul described in 1st Theslonians, 4.

“But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. Jesus was from Galilee. All His disciples were also. They understood perfectly the Galilean wedding customs. That’s why Jesus told His disciples He would be leaving them, but not to fear. For my fathers house has many mansions (or dwellings). I go to prepare a place for you, and I will come back and receive you to myself.

During the time the bridegroom went back home and added on to His fathers house, the bride was to get ready and always be prepared for the day her bridegroom blew the trumpet in the city and came and took her back to his fathers house for the 7 day wedding feast. A perfect picture of the rapture.

During that time, the bride didn’t experience the wrath of the bridegroom all around her. She might experience like we all experience the sinful evils of man and Satan. Yet the bridegroom was focused on one thing. Getting the new addition of the home ready for His bride. Waiting for the day tye father would approve and send His son to get his bride. Only the father knew when that time would be. Hence the immanency of Christ return could happen at any time.

Susan, I also have experienced disappointment last year when the rapture didn’t happen around the FOTs. It made me ask God for wisdom and understanding. Keep searching the scriptures. Matthew 24 has been a big help understanding the end times before Christ 2nd physical return to earth.

Yet He said, when you begin to see all these things, know the end is not yet. He also tells us to look up our redemption draws nigh.

Anyway, I found some peace focusing on what Christ would want His bride doing. Preparing for His coming. Be in God word, sharing the gospel with the lost, warning them of things to come, and standing firm in my faith, trusting Christ in all things.

Date setters have done more damage to believers and non believers than most realize. Christ told his disciples when they asked, “Only the Father knows, not even the angels of Heaven or not even the Son”. Perfect typology of the Galilean wedding custom.

Anyway, I’m not going to argue theology here. I can’t even get a response to who created Messiah2030? If it’s on the website, I can’t find it. Maybe it is. So far when I’ve asked twice now in the forum, my question has been ignored. Which is fine. Maybe they don’t want people to know for good reasons.

I’m not here to convince anyone when the rapture will happen or if it’s a 7 year or 3 1/2 year tribulation. Or even if there is a pre-tribulation rapture. I was hoping I would find a loving community of believers who encouraged one another, not tear down if they happened to question anything presented in Messiah2030. One response said, “if I find any part of this timeline off, discard the whole thing”. How can man be as perfect as God in revealing His word? I’m still discovering new revelations regularly in my study and listening to pastors with more training than me.

Has everyone on the planet heard the Gospel? Nope
Would God call up Believers knowing many people, tribes, never heard about Jesus?
Nope
How can there be a rapture without every have the opportunity ?
How does God remedy this?

I think also that none of us really know the answer to this, not really. But do we have to be right? What would that prove? That somebody else was wrong? Is that important? It isn’t to me. I honestly think that this is probably a subject that we just shouldn’t talk about. There’s no reason to. I’m not going to be at odds with my brother over something I cannot have the definitive answer to.
We all want to go home. The timing of this is unimportant. The good news is, we get to go home and spend eternity with our Father. When I think of all the people that have lived and are living now that have no hope. Those that think hell is going to be a big party or those who think this life is it. Can any of us imagine that, would any of us want to imagine that. I would not.
The teaching of this video, by whomever took the immense time and wisdom and knowledge, gave me much excitement to think we may only have to endure 7 more years here. I don’t care who did the video, I’m just immensely grateful they did.

God does not want His children to be of the dark and not ready for His return. If many think it doesn’t matter whether you believe pre-trib or post-trib then are you ready if you are not raptured and you go through the Great Tribulation knowing that God will protect you? I once was a very much pre-trib until God opened my eyes to the truth. I asked Him to show me truth that is all that matters to me and He did. God wants His children to know the truth. It matters to Him.

The tombs were opened, and many bodies

You see they ressurected after his ressurection, the 3rd day.
We must be opposite to match 1000 as a day to the Lord.
