You refer to the BIblical Year 6000. How does that correspond to the Jewish Year which stands at 5783. Would the Jewish year be considered the Biblical Year? 2030CE would be 5790 in the Jewish Year. OUt by roughly 210 years. Could someone please explain the discrepancy Thankyou in advance

HILLEL II CURRENT YEAR COUNT

 The Jewish (Hillell II) calendar is not the same as the Biblical calendar. It is known to be about 210 years off (because the time in Egypt was not factored in), and also adds strange calculations against the Torah for some of the mo'edim placements, such as Yom Kippur.

Regardless, no Christian or Jewish scholar agrees with the current Hillel II calendar year count. It is well known to be inaccurate.

I think there is an approach of recognizing that neither 5783 nor 2023 are "correct" even though the Jewish year is attempting to account for the year from creation. But there is still very much wrong in the Jewish calendar. So the Messiah2030 documentary is asking the right question: can we understand the actual year by looking at prophetic timelines? And it appears the answer is yes.

I don't have the scholarly particulars but I did see a couple articles out there discussing the reasons there may be missing years in the Jewish calendar.

One thing I can tell you - they are wrong in following the lunar cycle for counting the years. God never tells us to add a month ever. They do this because they follow the moon and that comes up short by 10 days every year. The conventional calendar based on (so-called) science is also wrong, so we have irregular number of days and leap years. Is there a scientific reason to have a short February? no.

Enoch and Jubilees tell us the year is always 364 days, with four months having 31 and the rest 30. The 31 months are 1,4,7,10 and the new moon in those months are days of remembrance. Jubilees chapter six is really interesting.

I think it's awesome that through all of the confusions we can still know which day of the week is Sabbath.
