Many have made numerous comparisons between Moses and the Messiah. However, there is a huge problem. You see, Christ is seen speaking to Moses and Elijah during the transfiguration. We know that the transfiguration represents the two witnesses, who are Moses and Elijah. The transfiguration is a foregleam of their work when they are "standing before the Lord of the earth," which includes powerful miracles "like" Moses. (Rev 11:5,6; see also Rev 11:4 and Zech 4:14)
Herein lies the problem. How can Christ be the prophet like Moses if he is speaking to the prophet like Moses? The two witnesses are not Christ. Are there two prophets like Moses? Or is it the case that the teaching that Christ is the prophet like Moses is false? There are other Bible verses that prove this to be the case.
