I paid for part 2 and was able to watch it for a few days or so. now it will not let me watch and i can not get in touch with anyone.

It is part 2 I am trying to get.

Just purchased part 2 and it says video coming. Is this correct? And how long should I anticipate waiting?

We are currently uploading an improved version with some additional content related to "The Years of Punishment Prophecy." It is currently at 86%. It will likely take another two to three hours for the upload and a couple more hours for transcoding. Then the new version will be ready for viewing.

I got an email yesterday that said it would take a few more hours but it still not available. Please advice on how to watch

I purchased part 1 and part 2. I want to rewatch part 1 and watch part 2 on a flight to Israel next week, but can’t download part 2. Help, please.
