In which time period can we fit the 7nd chapter of the prophet Daniel which concerns the end times?

The official interpretations are that one empire followed another, why does it say here that they came all at ones?

7:11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.
7:12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

Which beast has a horn?
Why do the other three beasts (the official interpretation is Babylon, Persia and Greece) live at the same time as the fourth beast (the official interpretation is Rome)?

7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

The official interpretation in Christianity is that the fourth empire is presented as the Roman Empire?

If we follow the events before, did ten kings rule over the ENTIRE planet or more precisely did the conflict between the super big horn (which is described in detail in chapter 8) and the 10 kings take place?
